Longfor Beijing MY SPACE — Coworking Glass Partition Project

A coworking space subsidiary of Longfor Group operating under the MY SPACE brand. Multi-sided polygonal meeting pods, sliding glass doors, numbered private office cubes, and themed meeting rooms.

Project Overview

MY SPACE is the coworking arm of Longfor Group, operating in Beijing as a flexible workspace provider. MS Office Systems supplied glass partition walls for a multi-floor coworking installation featuring distinctive geometric meeting pods, branded numbered private offices, and themed conference rooms. Photographs from this installation are featured on the MS Office Systems website as project banners.

Design Brief

The MY SPACE coworking concept required a distinctive aesthetic that differentiated from typical white-box coworking interiors. Numbered office pods (rooms 802, 803, 8M04, 8M08) needed clear wayfinding identification. A signature polygonal meeting pod was specified as a brand feature visible at the coworking entrance.

• Office Corridor with Frosted Privacy Door — Frameless system in main coworking corridor with magnetically frosted privacy doors and access control panels
• Frameless Sliding Glass Partition Meeting Room — large meeting room with sliding glass doors and industrial-style ceiling
• Numbered Private Office Pods — 802 and 803 office cubes with frameless glass enclosures, branded with room numbers
• Aluminum Framed Blue-Themed Meeting Room — 8M04 meeting room with custom blue brand decal
• Aluminum Framed 8M08 Meeting Room — branded meeting room with yellow accent decal
